Control M is a pure concentrated Mandelic Acid Solution balanced between 3.5-3.7 pH. Mandelic acid is derived from bitter almonds and has been studied to be an effective treatment in reduction of acne, pigmentation and fine lines. Mandelic Acid is considered to be a gentler acid and offers superficial peeling and skin resurfacing, reducing blemishes, pustules, acne lesions and scarring associated with acne. In a procedural setting when working with Control M it’s important to patch test every skin. Sensitive and rosacea skin should always patch test and work on conditioning skin with 2-3 times a week use first.
